I have very special place for 6 meals a day in my heart and in my life, it is one thing that always help me when I need to reduce weight quickly in weight in small time of period. 6 meals a day never turned me down, but if you talk about Two Hearty Meals Or 6 Snacks A day then I will say 6 meals a day, but if you ask me which is good Two Hearty Meals Or 6 Snacks A day in long run then the answer would be Two Hearty Meals for sure.
