Ingredients: Moist Banana Bread Recipe
- Half stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- One cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Three cups of well ripped mashed bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cups of sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups of sifted flour
- 1/2 cups of mix nuts of chopped walnuts
Now we will come to the instructions
This is a very quick bread and before you even start it, you should preheat the oven to 350°F and now we will come to batter and for that you need to take a large mixing bowl and mix butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla and mix until it become super creamy and fluffy, I normally don’t use electric beater here cause it add too much heat and it become oily instead of creamy and if you use super frozen butter then again it will not work the same, so use soften at room temperature butter and then we will add bananas and mix with light hand.
Now sprinkle cinnamon and mix well, now add baking soda, salt, sour cream, flour and mix again, now sometime, at this stage, your batter become super thick and hard, so if you leave it for a while then it become soft, but don’t forget to cover it cause you have banana in it which start tuning black soon, now mix until it become smooth and creamy, now leave it for a while and set the loaf pan with lining and oiling and then pour the batter into this loaf pan.
