Prince George has had a busy few months with the birth and subsequent christening of his younger sister Princess Charlotte. 22 July 2015, the future king celebrated his second birthday with a party at his parents’ country retreat Anmer Hall.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released a photo of Prince George taken after his little sister’s baptism to celebrate his second birthday.
The palace released the photo of George a day before his birthday, which is on Wednesday (Thursday NZT).
It shows William holding George at in the gardens at Sandringham House, one of the Queen’s estates.
The picture was part of the series of official photographs taken by Mario Testino following Princess Charlotte’s baptism on Sunday, July 5.
The 68 year old’s shocking comments referred to his outfit in a recent picture of him released by the Palace. The gorgeous snap of George with his father Prince William was released to honor his second birthday. Before the journalist aired her views, her co-panellist Jamelia gushed: “I just love everything about that whole little family.”
Others users wrote: “As if Janet Street Porter just called Prince George a cross dressing millionaire. He’s a baby boy. Off with her head.”
And: “Listening to @loose women criticize Prince George’s dress sense when the four of them obviously got dressed in the dark this morning.”
The photo saw George smiling at the camera in William’s arms, while dressed in red shorts and an embroidered top.
Someone else added: “@loosewomen come on Kate and William we’re in the 21st century not the 19th. You both dress fashionable, why isn’t Prince George?”
