Who does not like pasta? We all love it to try at least couple of time during the week, especially if you are working full-time and if you have to deal with house hold too, then you might feel making pasta is the best and the easiest way to get a healthy homemade food and Pasta With Fennel, Rocket & Lemon is one of my all time favorite dish, since I personally love Spanish cousin, Spanish, Italian and Chinese is my all time favorite options when I need to eat something yummy and healthy and I normally make a mixture of chicken, mix vegetables and pasta and it taste yummy, have you ever tried one pot pasta? Add all the vegetables, some fried or well cooked boneless chicken and some pasta and cover it with water, don’t add water which make things float and then cover it and cook on low heat till pasta becomes soft and eatable and then serve with homemade garlic or ginger bread, but today we are not making one pot pasta, we are making Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon and I am sure you will like it and enjoy it. If you want to change it any bit then you can, I can never ever follow the original recipe and this is the one reason I am so happy with my food, I take a recipe and then make it what I want, I add things, I skip things and then make what I like to eat and it always taste yum, so are you ready to make my kind of Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon.
Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon
Ingredients To Make Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon:- One large fennel bulb One tablespoon olive oil One teaspoon finally sliced garlic 150g paralleled pasta 2-3 large handfuls of rocket Finely grated zest of 1 lemon 3 tablespoon creme fraiche Salt and pepper Parmesan.
Instructions To Make Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon:- We will put a pan filled with water on heat and add one teaspoon or so salt and let it get boiled, now slice the fennel slice thinly and then put another frying pan over a medium heat and then add some oil and garlic, fennel and mix gently for about 10 minutes until the fennel is tender and then when you feel that fennel is cooked, add pasta in rolling salty water and cook until cooked, now on the other pan add rocket and stir until wilted and then add lemon zest and creme fraiche and mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and add with the fennel mixture and serve with grated parmesan, normally I don’t add chicken or any meat here in it, but if you want to add then you can rose some chicken boneless and add in the pasta when you add the mixture and cook for another 10 minutes before you take it off the heat and sever the way you like, with sauce or with some cheese, enjoy my favorite Pasta With Fennel Rocket and Lemon.
