Ingredients: Jamaican Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe
- 2 Whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Jamaican Sweet & Spicy Sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 6 slices pineapple
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 small carrot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken Broth

You need to start with chicken and DE-bone chicken breast and then cut it in small cubes and then wash it well and dip it in the mixture of vinegar and water, now we will chop the onion and garlic, pineapple and mushroom and dice carrot all well, now we will take the chicken and season it with salt and pepper and mix with hands or folk, now you need to take a wok and put it over the heat and add vegetable oil, and then add half of the garlic and saute for a while till it become brownish.
Now you need to add chicken and keep stirring till chicken start looking light brown and cooked, now add soy sauce, pineapple, mushroom, carrot, vinegar, sugar and stock and mix it well, now you need to add remaining garlic and onion and let it simmer over high heat for 10 minutes and then cover it and cook over low heat for another 45 minutes and sever with garnish according to your own choice.
