- 3 cups of all Purpose Flour
- 3/4 tablespoon Instant Yeast
- One big pinch of Salt
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Butter or you can make your own garlic spread too, I took three tablespoon butter and added as much garlic as I wanted and then add some finally chopped green chili, and some coriander too.

Now what you need to do is, take flour in a large mixing bowl and then add yeast and salt mix well and mix it with water to make a soft, smooth dough and then add some oil on the dough and knead for about 8 – 10 minutes or till your dough become bouncy, now take some more oil and apply all over the dough and cover the bowl using cling wrap and put it in somewhere warm for about 40-45 minutes, and once the dough has risen , we will start working , but before that preheat oven to 350 degree and now we will set the tray with applying grease baking pan paper or use oil to grace your tray.
Now we will punch down the air and again knead dough for few more minutes and then we will cut the dough in to two equal parts and we will start working with one portion and we will roll it I a small thick roll with rolling pin and now we will take the garlic butter and spread all over it and start rolling from one end and completely, keep it clean and smooth, and then take a sharpest knife you have and cut the rolled roll in to 4-5 equal small rolls and arrange it on the greased baking pan, in any shape you like and then we will put it in the cover again to give it some time to rise again then we will apply remaining garlic spread on the top and brush the top with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds cover it for another 20 minutes.
Now it is time to put it in the oven or 20-25 minutes or till the top turns golden brown and crisp and then remove from the oven and let it cool for a while and sever with coffee.
