Migraine is a chronic neurological disorder characterized by recurrent moderate to severe headaches often in association with a number of autonomic nervous system symptoms. It is one of the most horrible pains on one side of the head “skull” and it is one of the top 20 most disabling medical conditions worldwide, according to the World Health Organization, and it comes with throbbing pain, usually confined to one side of the head, that tends to get worse with movement which last from four to 72 hours but today we are going to share some simple Foods to Treat & Prevent Migraines and these foods are famous to treat and prevent Migraines pains which I personally know is one of the most horrible pains in the world.

Migraines run in my family, my father had it and all of my siblings got these from him and we all have been suffering with Migraines since childhood and it very from person to person, but when start feeling those vibes that I am going to get migraines I eat something sore, something harsh and it worked for me, but if I eat something sweet or something water based then it get worst. Today we are going to share List of Foods to Treat & Prevent Migraines and all the symptoms including irritability, food cravings, a stiff neck, constipation and frequent yawning may also occur a couple of days prior to a migraine attack.

Apple Cider Vinegar: – Without any doubt Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the best things you can try to prevent and treat and prevent migraines, it is nutritional powerhouse which helps reduce migraines and also help you get other health benefits like aiding detoxification, controlling blood sugar, regulating high blood pressure, reducing bone pain, promoting weight loss and relieving constipation and its citric like taste help the vomit like feelings too, just take one glass hot water and add one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar and drink twice daily to Treat & Prevent Migraines.

Ice Pack: – If you are getting migraines due to sharp rays of light, sunlight and sharp light or something super sharp in taste then tea is best solution and if ice pack wok for your pains then you can give ice tea a try which will not only Treat & Prevent Migraines but can help with other pains too. Cayenne Pepper: –I did a blog on the properties and benefits of cayenne pepper, it is loaded with the all sort of healthy bailiffs but it is one of the Foods to Treat & Prevent Migraines too, cayenne pepper is a great home remedy for migraines cause it has properties to stimulate circulation and improves blood flow which help you get a grip on migraines and it work as natural painkiller too, you can mix one teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a cup of warm water and mix well and drink like a soup and enjoy the healthy benefits.

Ginger: – Normally I chop fresh ginger and make fresh cup of ginger tea with some mint leaves and it work for me mostly, you can try and see it works for you too or not, there are lots of Foods to Treat & Prevent Migraines, you just need to find the one that works for you.
