Today I am here with a very simple non-surgical solution for your issue and this is Detox bath which works really well at helping flush out toxins, and if you team it up with dry brush, some other massage and body wrap it actually work well.
Cellulite Detox Bath
Before I share the recipe of this bath let me share some simple tips which you should follow to get proper benefit of this bath.
1)- Follow a very regular and very intense dry bruising routine and for that you need to buy a special cellulite brush and give your body at least 45 minutes of brushing prior to warm bath, take your brush in your hand and brush all over your body, specially your problem areas and then take few minutes and apply plain baby oil all over your body and sit down for a while, let your body soak some oil and the fill your bath tub with warm water and add some sea salt in it and lay down in it for at least 30 minutes, give your arms and your body some rest, it work magical for your body and your issue.
2)- Make a homemade body scrub with coffee beans and some sugar, you need to take one cup of coffee powder and one cup of brown sugar and add half cup of olive oil and add some citric oil in it too and massage all over your body in small circulation, keep massaging till you feel a healthy warm flow of blood under your skin and all the sugar get dissolved and then take a plastic sheet and cover your body supper well and run hot water in your bath and close your bath room till it get supper hot, let your body sweat as much as safely possible and then take a smooth wet worm cotton towel and cover your well wrapped body with it and then wipe your body with it and take a bath, work great for your body.
3)- Oil massaging is very good for your body too, take once cup of olive oil, almond oil and citric oil and when you want to use it warm up oil as much as require and add some cinnamon powder in this warm oil and massage your body, don’t use it on your face though, since it’s a bit spicy for your skin and it will make your skin get some burning sensation, but this will make your body to get sweat and healthy blood flow under your skin which you need to burn these fat deposits.
Now I will share how you can make your own Detox bath:
You need these Ingredients to prepare this powerful bath.
- 1/3 cup Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/3 cup Epson Salt
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Ginger Powder
We will take a big steel pan on the fire filled with rolling water and we will add ginger powder and mix until completely dissolved and then we will add Vinegar then the Salts and turn the heat off, now fill your bath tub with bearable hot water and pour that water in it and give it some time and meanwhile dry brush your whole body and then soak for at least 45 minutes, don’t get sleep in with relaxation though.
