- 2.5 pounds chicken wings
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon pressed and finally chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Lime juice of one big lime
- Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 green onions washed and sliced
Preparation And Instruction To Make Sticky Thai Chicken Wings:
First of all preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and then wash chicken wings and pat them dry completely and now sprinkle salt and pepper and now mix together chili sauce, vinegar, coconut milk, sugar, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce and lime juice and mix it with the chicken wings and mix well and now heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and then add chicken wings and sear for good 2-3 minutes every side and then take the wings off the heat and set on a plate and reduce heat to medium-low now take chili sauce mixture and pour it in the same pan and bring to boil and then let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
