We have been shearing some simple summer foods for a week or so now and I think it is impossible to complete the list of yummy yet healthy foods without Make Crispy Chicken Wings, you would not believe that I intentionally make at least one batch excess of Crispy Baked Maple Sriracha Wings and then I keep them in refrigerator and you would not believe how yummy they taste chilled and cold next day, you should try it and you would start making it one day prior to eat honestly, cause sometime when I plan to watch my favorite movie or when I sit to watch a whole The big Bang theory season or season I make at least a plate full of Make Crispy Chicken Wings with some salad instead of popcorn and I love it.

One of my favorite condiments these days is Sriracha sauce, I just discovered that and I love it really very much, it is basic a Thai hot sauce made from basic ingredients like chili peppers, garlic, sugar and vinegar, but it is very yummy and you get a hint of little sweet and slightly harsh vinegar like taste, and I love the taste and aroma, and I love making yummy yet exotic food with this sauces and I am sharing Make Crispy Chicken Wings which is my ultimate favorite Saturday night diner.

We are making Crispy Baked Maple Sriracha Wings which you can use as a main course and you can use it as a snack or you can try it as a lunch with other salads and stuff too and they taste yummier in any ways, so are you read to Make Crispy Chicken Wings.

Total Time: 60 to 75 Minutes
Yield: 2 to 3 lbs chicken wings

Crispy Baked Maple Sriracha Wings

Ingredients for Crispy Baked Maple Sriracha Wings:

  • 2 to 3 pounds chicken wings, trim according to your own choice, trim wing tips
  • 1 cup flour
  • One tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoon ginger paste
  • Salt
  • One cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Three eggs
  • 3 tablespoon water

Cooking Directions for Crispy Baked Maple Sriracha Wings:

First of all preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and then take the flour, black pepper, cayenne pepper, ground ginger and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix well, now take another bowl and mix water and eggs and mix well to make a egg wash. Now you need to take your wings and coat it with flour mix and then into egg and then back in the flour again and start arranging them in a prepared baking try, spread some oil on the base of the tray too and once you set all the wings in the try drizzle or spray the tops with a little more olive oil again and put the tray in the oven again and bake at 375 degrees F for about 45 to 60 minutes and then flip the wing pieces at half way through the cooking time and you are done with crispy and fully cooked Make Crispy Chicken Wings.

You need to prepare the sauce while you are baking the wings and for that you need to gather maple syrup and Sriracha sauce and add some 5 tablespoon water and cook it for 2-4 minutes on really very low heat till it reduce to about a half cup and as soon as you take the wings off, make crispy chicken wings pour it over the wings or you can serve with the wings, make crispy chicken wings enjoy one of the yummiest wings, make crispy chicken wings.
