- 500 mg skinless chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon peeled and chopped garlic
- One teaspoon fresh ginger minces
- Half cup chopped broccoli
- 500g vegetable stirs fry pack
- 2 packets of egg noodles
- Soy sauce
- Some fresh coriander leaves and cashew nuts for garnish

You need to make thinnest slice of chicken breast fillets possible and then heat the oil in a deep frying pan and then add chicken and cook till it start getting golden and then add stir fry and cook until golden and almost cooked through, and then add garlic, ginger and broccoli pieces and fry for a few more minutes.
Now add noodles and soy sauce and fry for another couple of minutes, I normally don’t like the egg noodles if they are not well cooked so I normally add some chicken broth and cook with lid on, and if you don’t like this way then you don’t really need to do this, and in traditional recipe of Chinese Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Recipes they don’t add spice in cooking, but I add some crushed red chili and some white paper here and mix well, and then add some roosted nuts too which taste yummy and create a great texture too, you can try and if you don’t want to cook with lid on then you can try using the cooked or slightly cooked noodles and they don’t sabotage the flavor, but it taste batter in your mouth and now serve with coriander and cash nuts.
